As of February 1, 2009, we are using new software to maintain the NESS Emailing List. Only addresses entered after that date will be included. This new system will only keep track of names and email addresses, which makes using it a lot simpler than previous systems. Users will be able to "Subscribe", "Unsubscribe" or check their "Status" by using one of the three links below.

information emailing list. This list will be used to inform NESS paricipants, and others, of last minute information and schedule changes as well as announce major updates to this NESS web site.

Each request cycle will take up to two hours, so please be patient. You will receive a conformation request email at your Subscription Email Address to which you must reply, from that email account as directed without changing the subject line, to be placed on or removed from this emailing list. If you do not get a message that your email address has been added to the NESS Emailing List, your conformation message probably failed a comparison check between the Email address you entered in your original request to join the list and the "from email address" on your conformation message. This comparison is also case sensitive! Use the STATUS function to check to see if you're on the list. If you're not on the list, you should start the process over again.
